Processing Times

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new collection launches), processing may take up to 5 business days.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
