I got the idea to cut my necklace down and to make it the perfect size! Then I decided I couldn’t be without the necklace so I bought another one. Great product and great price! Highly recommend!

They responded SO quickly and completely exceeded my expectations! All they asked for was a picture of the broken necklace, and they immediately offered to send me a brand-new replacement FREE.
