I absolutely LOVE this necklace, so I was so disappointed. I was already outside their return window, but I emailed them anyway to see if they could help.
They responded SO quickly and completely exceeded my expectations! All they asked for was a picture of the broken necklace, and they immediately offered to send me a brand-new replacement FREE.
That kind of customer service makes such a difference. I already loved their jewelry, but now I know this is a company that stands behind what they sell and takes care of their customers.
