We stand behind every product that we sell. If you aren't 100% satisfied, we're here to help! We try to make the return process as painless as possible. To request a return/ exchange for your order, please email us at info@destinjewelry.com.
THE DETAILS:
- You are able to return or exchange products within 14 days after receiving your package according to the tracking number.
- All returned items need to be returned in their original condition with the original packaging. We won't accept returns that have been purposely damaged or altered.
- To get a full refund you'll need to return the entire order. Partial returns will get partial refunds.
- We won't accept a return that's sent to us without contacting us first.
- You're responsible for the return shipping fee for returns and exchanges unless you got a damaged, defective, or incorrect item from us.
- Special offers and gift cards can't be returned or exchanged.
