They responded SO quickly and completely exceeded my expectations! All they asked for was a picture of the broken necklace, and they immediately offered to send me a brand-new replacement FREE.
That kind of customer service makes such a difference. I already loved their jewelry, but now I know this is a company that stands behind what they sell and takes care of their customers.
I’m so excited to get my necklace back and will absolutely be buying more pieces from them! ❤️

The anklet broke the same day i put it on very dissatisfied with it. The bracelet looks good but im afraid its gonna break

Such a nice accent piece. Very well made and the size is just right.
These earrings are very comfortable and I like the closure a lot. They are a little bigger than what I had expected and the gold color is just a tad off. That being said, the price is right and I will get a lot of use on days when I’m not dressing up.

The necklace itself is cute but is definitely a cheaper material and does not have a nice feel to it
