Beautiful necklace however, the color of the necklace was darker than I anticipated so I returned it.
The clip that holds charms does not lay flat it tips to one ends. So disappointed. Should have ordered the circle clip

Very disappointing. The stainless steel or silver version I got was very dark not shiny silver like the images. I purchased a couple of charms and one of them look like it had a last-minute jump jumping put on it so it would fit onto the chain. The jump ring was not closed all the way, and it also caused the charm to hang sideways. Very poor workmanship and very disappointed in this whole purchase. Don’t bother with this jewelry.

This is really the only piece I got that I was a little disappointed in. The chain itself is twisted (or crimped, like something heavy was sitting on it while it was twisted) so it won’t lay flat. This makes it look really cheap. Kinda bummed because everything else I got was AWESOME!

It is unfortunate to hear about the tennis chain, though. A chain that's twisted or crimped like that definitely isn't the quality we want you to experience, and it's not something you should have to settle for.

I have the exact opposite impression of one of the other reviews. I think (for this price point), this jewelry is great quality! Yes this piece is very light in weight and doesn’t feel “substantial”. However, if you’re here, surely you’re buying the bundle! And if you aren’t, what are you doing?? So with that in mind, each piece is $10. You will spend way more than that at a store like Target or TJMaxx, and it’s going to turn green or break with only wearing it 3-4 times. This is waterproof. It’s not going to turn. So with that in mind, the quality is fantastic!
